We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of AWS Sales to lead our AWS growth across all customer segments, including Public Sector, Enterprises, SMBs, Startups, and Digital Native Businesses (DNBs). This leadership role will be responsible for setting the sales vision, expanding our market presence, nurturing AWS relationships, and build a high-performing cloud sales organization.
The Job Role
Define and execute the AWS sales strategy across key customer segments: Public Sector, Enterprises, SMBs, Startups, and DNBs.
Own AWS revenue targets, pipeline growth, and deal closure across new and existing accounts.
Lead and mentor a regional sales team, including Account Managers, Cloud BDMs, and Partner Success roles.
Build strategic relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), and field account teams.
Drive co-sell opportunities with AWS, including MAP-funded migrations, workload modernizations, and AWS Marketplace transactions.
Oversee sales operations, forecasting, and CRM discipline, ensuring visibility across the funnel and AWS Partner programs (ACE, CPPO/MPPO).
Collaborate with Marketing and Pre-Sales to run joint GTM campaigns, RFPs, and demand generation efforts.
Represent the company at AWS events, summits, industry forums, and client engagements as the face of AWS sales.

Experience Requirements
How to apply
8–12 years of experience in cloud or IT services sales, with 3+ years in a sales leadership or business development role.
Proven ability to sell complex AWS or cloud-native solutions to varied customer segments, including enterprise and public sector.
Strong knowledge of the AWS partner ecosystem, programs, and co-selling frameworks.
Established relationships within the AWS teams in the Middle East.
Excellent leadership, communication, and executive engagement skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
AWS Business or Technical Accreditations (Cloud Practitioner or above).
Experience working with AWS Marketplace and co-sell funding mechanisms (MAP, OLA, POC).
Understanding of regional cloud adoption trends and regulatory frameworks across government and enterprise sectors.
