As part of our expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to build and scale our AWS business in the region.
The Job Role
As the Senior Sales Leader, AWS Business (KSA), you will be responsible for driving AWS services sales, leading account strategies, building customer relationships, and growing market presence in Saudi Arabia. You will be instrumental in positioning Integra as a trusted AWS partner aligned with Vision 2030 initiatives across public sector, enterprise, startup and mid-market segments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Own the AWS revenue target for KSA, driving direct and co-sell opportunities with AWS.
Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with AWS regional priorities, focusing on migration, modernization, security, and GenAI solutions.
Account Management: Build and nurture C-level relationships with strategic enterprise, public sector, and SMB customers.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with AWS account managers, partner development managers (PDMs), and AWS Marketplace teams to drive joint GTM initiatives.
Pipeline Generation: Build a predictable sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, event participation, and leveraging AWS-led demand generation.
Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing local sales team over time.
Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Experience Requirements
10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience, including 3–5 years in AWS or cloud services sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $5M+ annual revenue targets.
Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud economics, and migration frameworks.
Established network in the Saudi public and enterprise sectors.
Experience in working with AWS teams (PDMs, account managers, solution architects).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
